£7,500 toward an air or ground source heat pump in England and Wales; up to £9,000 for homes currently on heating oil or LPG. Runs under the Warm Homes Plan umbrella.
Who qualifies
Any homeowner in England or Wales — no income test, no benefits required. Private landlords can apply; social housing is excluded.
How to apply
It's installer-led: choose an MCS-certified installer, and they apply for the grant on your behalf and deduct it from the quote. You don't apply to government directly.
